How long does your chocolate covered strawberry last?
If refrigerated, strawberries can last up to 2 days. I recommend keeping them inside the fridge as it is considered perishable food.
How long does your churro cheesecake last?
If refrigerated, it can last up to 3 days. I recommend keeping them inside the fridge as it is considered perishable food.
IS deposit REQUIRED?
ALL ORDERS REQUIRES 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEEPOSIT. NO DEPOSIT NO ORDER.
Do you do delivery?
DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE UPON ORDERS OVER $50. DELIVERY FEE IS $1 MILE PER ROUND TRIP.
POLICY
BERRIESS & SPARKS
Deposits are non refundable. If you choose to cancel your order, you must notify me 3 DAYS before your set date TO USE YOUR DEPOSIT AS A CREDIT.
LARGE Orders must be placed at least 2 weeKS in advance prior to your requested pick up date ALL OTHER ORDERS CAN BE PLACED ATLEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. All orders are confirmed when deposit is made. Invoice will be sent to you via email OR TEXT. (including the FULL address for pick up).
You must notify me when you're about to pick up your order. Please send your ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). DO NOT show up early on our agreed time. It is set for a reason.
DO NOT be late on our agreed time. Time is important to me.
If you're going to be late for pick up, let me know as soon as you can. if I haven't receive any message from you after 10 minutes of our agreed time, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CANCELLED.
